"We", of course, is being used in the royal sense. Earlier this week Pulte knocked down a couple trees on our lot and dug out the basement. Today they poured the footers. We're so excited to get started! Our construction superintendent is great about calling to let us know what is going on, and he said that the next step will be pouring the basement walls.

This has been a rough week with the kids. Christian continues to be pretty needy and fussy - I don't think his leg hurts, but he can't get around easily and he is pretty grouchy about it.

On Tuesday he finally started walking again, but it's slow, apparently uncomfortable, and somewhat dangerous since he's so wobbly.
Gabriel and John have both been sick the past few days (Gabriel missed two days of school) but I think everyone is on the mend. Hopefully we'll all be able to enjoy the weekend!
